The US has a Gun Death Rate of 11 gun deaths per 100,000 people per year. The other 28 high-income countries have a combined Gun Death Rate of 1 gun death per 100,000 people. US residents are 11 times more likely to die from gun violence than 28 other comparable high-income countries combined.
